  3. Serve the pancakes immediately with honey, sliced banana, and blueberries.
  4. Blend the ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
  5. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form mini pancakes.
  6. Cook each pancake, flipping 3 times for extra crunch, until golden brown and cooked through. This recipe makes approximately 15 mini pancakes.
