Instructions

  1. Air fry diced mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté the large tomato until softened. Once sautéed, blend it with garlic cloves, green chili, ginger, and black salt until a smooth paste is formed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted mushrooms, thinly sliced red onions, and cubed boiled potatoes. Add the prepared tomato blend.
  4. Add fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice to the salad. Mix everything well and serve warm.
