Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (buckwheat flour, egg (if using), chopped onion, chopped dill, corn, green peas, and salt) into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of butter to the heated pan.
  4. Pour one ladle of batter onto the heated pan and spread it like a roti.
  5. Cook until golden on both sides.
  6. Add cheese to one half of the pancake and then flip it over to fold in half.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
