Spicy Mushroom Noodles in Minutes!
🏠 Cuisine: Asian 🍽️ Course: Main Course 👥 Servings: 1
This is a healthier way of making noodles with seafood mushrooms. Instead of cooking noodles plain, fresh vegetables are first sautéed until all the moisture dries up. This small step adds a lot of flavor and makes the noodles feel lighter and more satisfying. Seafood mushrooms add a great texture, extra volume, and a mild umami taste without making the dish heavy. A little sriracha at the end brings everything together beautifully. This noodle bowl is quick, comforting, and perfect for busy days when you still want something warm and nourishing.
Instructions
- Wash the seafood mushrooms well, trim the ends, and chop them in half.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan.
- Finish with sriracha sauce as per taste.
- Add chopped onion, seafood mushrooms, and tomatoes to the pan.
- Serve hot and enjoy, optionally garnished with spring or green onion.
- Sauté for 5–6 minutes until all the moisture from the vegetables dries up.
- Add 1.5 cups water and bring it to a boil.
- Add noodles and the seasoning packet to the boiling water.
- Boil for 2–3 minutes until the noodles are just cooked. Do not overcook.
