The Secret to 2-Ingredient Pink Tortillas!

I finally cracked the code! These Beet & Sprouted Oat Flatbreads used to break every time, but I found the secret. High protein, vibrant, and only 3 main ingredients. The key is the heat and the “no-touch” rule! In this recipe, I used sprouted oats, they are “Easier to Digest” and “More Nutritious.”
Instructions
- Toss the oats, beet, and water into a blender until completely smooth.
- Heat your pan with olive oil on Medium-High.
- Pour the batter and spread gently into a circle.
- Do NOT touch or disturb! Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges are crunchy and the top is set.
- Flip only when the base is firm, press down for extra crunch. Can flip twice if you want it crispier.
- Serve warm with your favorite fillings!

This is low calorie, high fiber, and complex-carb based. Naturally gluten-free. Not high-protein on its own; best paired with yogurt dip, paneer/tofu filling, or egg/lentil spread. Works best as a light wrap or base, not a standalone protein meal.
