I finally cracked the code! These Beet & Sprouted Oat Flatbreads used to break every time, but I found the secret. High protein, vibrant, and only 3 main ingredients. The key is the heat and the “no-touch” rule! In this recipe, I used sprouted oats, they are “Easier to Digest” and “More Nutritious.”

Instructions

  1. Toss the oats, beet, and water into a blender until completely smooth.
  2. Heat your pan with olive oil on Medium-High.
  3. Pour the batter and spread gently into a circle.
  4. Do NOT touch or disturb! Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges are crunchy and the top is set.
  5. Flip only when the base is firm, press down for extra crunch. Can flip twice if you want it crispier.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite fillings!
