Instructions
- Take 1 slice of bread and press the center gently using a round measuring cup to create a shallow dip (do not cut through).
- Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tsp oil or butter on low flame.
- Place the bread in the pan, dip side up.
- Crack 1 egg gently into the pressed area.
- Sprinkle spring onions, tomato, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Top with cheese.
