Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 150g crumbled tofu, salt, chili flakes, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice. Toss well to combine.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the dip. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tsp olive oil, 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill, salt, paprika, and 1 medium chopped tomato.
  3. Add the hot, crispy chickpeas & tofu to the yogurt bowl and mix well.
  4. Air-fry the mixture at 180°C for 12 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Serve immediately — creamy, crunchy, and delicious!
