Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly in salt or vinegar water.
  2. Peel one orange; leave the peel on the other orange and the lemon.
  3. Blend the oranges, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and water together until smooth.
  4. Strain half of the blended mixture into a glass for a fresh shot.
  5. When drinking the fresh shot, add black pepper and honey (if desired) to taste.
  6. Pour the remaining half of the blended mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for later use.
  7. Drink 1 small shot daily for an immunity boost, digestion support, and cold & cough relief. Frozen cubes can be thawed in warm water or added to smoothies.
